I graduated from the university of Bologna with a degree in dietetics and a degree in food science. I have professional experience in clinical nutrition and research mainly in the field of cardiovascular disease and the diseases of metabolism Translating nutritional guidelines in healthy and “fun to do” recipes is my passion. I have my personal philosophy on gathering culinary secrets from all over the world.
I offer personalized nutrition services aimed eseentially in mitigating cardiovascular risk, blood cholesterol and other metabolic parameters such as those in diabetes. My work is based always on the most recent evidence based research.
